    I do sincerely hope you are correct. That would be a great outcome.

    So $3.55 billion - $1.5 for PH and $0.25 for Martabe-$0.2 for their trouble you end up with say

    About $1.55 billion in the kitty.

    Lets see if this is about right tomorrow ----fingers crossed.
