They are a buy at this price with the upside but re McP, the details of why it was not approved are scary in 2020 terms. The fact management said IF it was approved in so many releases shows the risk.
I haven't seen disclosure of actions being taken to change the non approval to approval which I think is against the concept of keeping the market informed. It's 2020, there should not be secrets anymore.
I think that equity bonuses fir management which are about 25% for getting McP is approved is wrong. Imagine the difference in value if this ball is dropped versus picked up and won!
Nice for management bad for us.
Wish I had bought at this price.
The old Regis management would not make a mess of McP and could be replied upon to meet all targets.
Has anybody seen anything on what actions they are pursuing to make sure McP is approved and not denied as it has been so far?
