I have been in a free market business for 41 years, no enemies whether it be consumer or competition and always profitable.
The recipe was simple, be good at what you do, work hard, honest and above all don't be greedy. Sadly none of which is fashionable.

AVQ shareholders should compare the remuneration package of the two companies in question, very revealing, particularly CEO salary and benefits. Not to mention credibility.
May be why one company succeeds where another fails.

I struggle to find anywhere AVQ management succeeded over 10 years other than destroying shareholder wealth.
