Not sure how much $$ ACR is after looking for in the raise but at 0.16c (assumes 10% discount) I think they can raise circa A$6.5mil using the approvals they have gain at the last couple of AGM's to issue 25% equity as a PP. Maybe this gets them to commercialisation events. If they need more $$ is it a hybrid - PP and rights so we all can have the opportunity to participate and not get diluted to an inch of our lives !! All just IMO of course.
