I bet a lot of the fake news financial media types have vested interests in APT themselves - IE they are shareholders.
Have a look at Ch.9’s Chris Kohler for instance and his favourite stock APT. It’s clear that he has some kind if affiliation as he quotes it with hype almost every night.
Personally I prefer Z1P over APT as it is a genuine alternative to credit cards and payments. I never understood the allure of APT and in it’s current form cannot be a genuine alternative in the overall payments space. It’s merely a spending and “budgeting” tool.
