I think most likely a bad news, or even a REALLY bad news that pushed them to halt the trade.
And nothing about take over, as it was clearly worded as change to earnings guidance.
A2 should make it very clear that it is a New Zealand company and hopefully it will not be involved in any of the trade tension with China.
