The only problem with that theory, while appreciated, is that the CR was 'oversubscribed', it's highly odd for a CR as such to then have a ~25% drop days afterwards without any other FA events changing. If it was underwritten then i'd agree with your theory. Investors were willing to pay 69c, then BAM smacked down to 52c

Hence why I still believe it was the market realizing that we had been misled, the star machine incapable of producing bulk products and it's ability to secure large near term contracts was thrust into doubt.

We still haven't had an explanation of why this star has been delayed since... Feb? I get it, teething problems with a unique tech, but i'd like to know how much extra capex has been thrown at it, was the problem a design/scaleup issue, was it damaged during testing?, is this issue likely to arise when setting up the duplicate in the U.S or have we learnt the lessons needed? what reliability are we expecting from this machine - long service life or is it going to be temperamental breaking down often?

There's little doubt they tried to keep this key info from shareholders, tucking in an update into the previous release after myself and others contacted them. It's about time I follow up and ask these and other pointy questions if they aren't answered in the promised "Dec/Jan commissioning" update.
