Have a look at the buyer / seller ratio at pre-open. (more buyers than sellers - how long since weve seen that!)
I think the response to the revised deal is going to be very positive. Recent valuations for PH have been on the low side (basically at cost rather than a real NPV). PH is a very attractive long term investment to be in.
My guess we will see SP in the 70 cent range today.
