MFC was a massive mistake - interestingly, Noble abstained from voting for the acquisition.

Employing the US directors was their second massive mistake - I'm always skeptical of why supposedly previously top executives of huge companies like Hasbro would want to work for a company as small as BRT with fairly minimal pay.

I hope BRT gets back its acquisitions, gets some cash behind it and has another go, with the hardworking guys from Perth running the show this time. Slow and steady is the only way forward for any company.
