This is factually absolutely incorrect. The founders did not sell 1 share in March/April 2020. They have sold parcels of shares on 3 occasions since the company was listed in May 2016 and none of those occasions fell anywhere near those periods. As Directors and substantial shareholders, they are required to lodge a notice with the ASX whenever their shareholding changes - please provide evidence of that notice in relation to your outlandish claim.
