    Dhuy et al,
ASIC ARE acting - they just can't come on Hot Copper and say "It's OK folks, we have it under control"

They have to run things in 100% privacy otherwise people wouldn't speak to them, so information givers integrity is maintained.

Yes, it's extremely frustrating, but in many cases this is the only way they can achieve their result.

No doubt Four Corners, if they take on the update will be looking at ASIC performance overall too.

Certainly hope people realise that the Shareholder Action Group haven't been lazy, and plenty has been going on to open as many eyes as possible.

On the plus side, it really is critical to realise that CVI CAN function as a decent company once it has removed itself from the influence of Johnson, Tarkanyi and co via the link with Smyth.

Whether people continue hold or not has to be a personal decision, and I'll qualify my own holding by saying I consider that as a shareholder it gives me the right to keep probing and digging and insisiting on getting to the bottom of what is going on here.

If I wasn't so involved in the action group, I feel that I would sell and move on, as the market has much better things to offer, with a lot less stress.

That is only my personal opinion, I give no advice on what people should do about their holdings - yet I'd like to think we could retain enough support to still be able to win resolutions in the future if the exisitng substantial holders leave the building OR are found down the track to not be legitimate holders for any reason.
