When trofinetide is approved, it will be because it provides an improved quality of life for those who have retts syndrome. The cost per annum could be directly related to how significant that benefit might be. If trofinetide kicks goals in a big way then $100k might be achievable.
With the Democrat's assuming power, there might also be pressure on drug companies to lower their prices.
I'd be modelling $100k, $50k and $20k.
