I don’t want to clog a RRL forum with my personal story but will point out that we all can make decisions that lead to retirement. I had literally nothing investment wise a few years ago as a “mate” did an excellent hatchet job on me. I sold a home, moved into a rental property and the proceeds from the house sale have multiplied many times. If you are sitting on $1m of home equity in Sydney you can do the same. There are a lot of bargains in the gold space right now and RRL a is one of them.
