A quick google search shows that there is a huge number of cases that uphold this priciple.

If CHM can prove that Barnes and Grimaldi were running CHM for the benefit of themselves and MMX (then known as Niccu)and not for the benefit of CHM shareholders then MMX are in serious trouble.

As the old saying goes - in god we trust

But for MMX to be saying in Grimaldi and Barnes we trust then all I can say is oh dear oh my !!!!
