Really like and respect you Dolce, but I question whether your passion and enthusiasm is serving you well in this stock. If the low back pain trial dissapoints then SI's claims are likely to completely unravel as critics claim the emperor has no clothes. I worry investors won't have taken the precaution of limiting their exposure according to the heightened risks now apparent.
