it works either the trial
cannot recruit because nobody is not taking pharmaceutical drugs and therefore doesn't qualify
OR
can't prove it was MSB's MSCs that caused the survival
Delays and obstruction have caused this. MSB was ready to go early on and the FDA frrted around until the other drugs got emergency approvals.
This is why I have been banging on about governance at the FDA.
Also the brokers who are connected with the US got the heads-up and have been signalling ahead of this moves. They did the same thing with the Nasdaq listing and that was a bloodbath too.
Then miraculously, they or their mates get over the 5% and have to disclose a major holding.
