As part of the Area45 acqu. they had to sub lease Mt Martin and (i think) all the Au rights in Area45 to Harmony for 2 years. Dioro took this lease and agreement on board when it bought assets from Harmony - as such DIO has until early next year to do what it will and pass the Au rights on to AUZ.
