Good point.
I recall a few years ago - maybe 3 or 4 now I think of it, there was a CR where SH'ers sent cheques in via snail mail and a number got caught out as the mail didn't arrive in time with extra delay being cheque clearance.
Would be very disappointing being an entitlement offer, especially those that have been LT holders - to miss out due to admin shortfalls.
