One of the great strengths of IPT is the diversity of high-grade deposits that are likely to produce significant results that are worthy of a Trading Halt.

We are seeing the initial results of the strong news flow into January that has been strongly communicated on at least two occasions.

There has been an extra 4000 metres of drilling and pXRF work added onto the original program of 8000 metres; necessarily producing a massive amount of data, and a lot of assay analysis, and reporting on all that is happening right now, and I’m not surprised at the extra week or so of waiting time, and I’m seriously looking forward to more back-to-back results.

I don’t usually do speculation, but I’ve been waiting eagerly for a TH to arrive, and can toss a few coins in the air with some thoughts...

It’s unlikely to be any IP results from Aspley, which would be more worthy of being tacked onto a Company Update, or a generic exploration update ANN with a specific Apsley IP title, announced without a halt. And falsifying or being misleading, is definitely not the IPT style of operations. As for scam-type commentary … Quatsch!

It’s possible; but unlikely to be the Plat Central drilling results, as the assays are due in January.

It’s possible that the outstanding Rockwell results have shown a massive increase in Ni/Cu mineralisation, but the announcement indicated a increasing trend, not an indication of massive sulphide, and ‘only’ a continuation of disseminated sulphide and low-grade PGE’s. There would need to be very significant Cu/PGE’s.

It’s also possible and a lot more likely to be the early LBH first drill hole results; or the Red Hill assays; or the Dora East assays, any one of which are capable of significant high-grade results.

I’ll be happy with any one of these locations, as a TH does signify strong results - AKA christmas present - and hopefully phenomenal results - ie a truckload of christmas presents delivered straight to your door.

Given that the standard 2-day TH was announced, I’m guessing that this involves a single deposit location, rather than multiple locations, but which one...

IF it’s LBH, then it will be a phenomenal first strike drilling session, and IPT will fly, given the potential size of the **bro, however given the likelihood of shallow drilling, perhaps it’s too early to expect anything more than directional results.

IF it’s Red Hill, then those magic PGE grades are likely to be repeated with significant intercepts, and again IPT will fly, hopefully into the record books.

IF it’s Dora East, then the BH style mineralisation might not reach flight heights of exciting altitudes, but the sentiment will re-rate every other potential IPT deposit.

Walking away from IPT seems like an exceptionally poor decision at this point in time…

Personally I’m leaning towards that it’s more likely to be early assays, or a batch of assays, from Red Hill; and there’s a lot of guesstimates in all the above folks - no guarantees, of course - that only time will tell the reality.

Perhaps Monday, probably Tuesday. Good luck to ALL IPT holders…

    onwards
