Secondly, Vcubitt made claims that I think Breeze doesn't care about MEC and blah blah blah... all unsubstantiated, I never said that, I refuse to entertain it.
Thirdly, in regards to the suspension being lifted "very soon" as Vcubitt said. I think I have made it quite clear they need to raise working capital. To do that they need a shareholder meeting etc etc etc. Section 249H of the Corporations Act states that you need to give shareholders at least 21 days notice of a meeting. Soo.. just keep that in mind next time any of you claim it is about to get lifted. Which means if you are a current holder, prepare for another dilution for working capital (which will be pretty big if you know how much minimum working capital is required). Then just work out how long it takes for a raise to be completed... then get back to me on your "very soon" notion.
Fourthly, Vcubitt... I was just stating facts son. Of which you agreed with everything except our valuing of the PDF status... sooo what is the problem? (I assume that is why you just posted this message, because you wanted me to inform this thread of what we discussed?) Those points about comparing companies in the structure being the following:
1) MMR will only have ~13% more Advent then BPH
2) There is an ASIC investigation which they never announced the conclusion of (is it still pending?), and whether you like it or not, that is bad news. It could involve penalties, conditions, or a whole range of remedies.
3) BPH has Cortical which is about to get FDA approval.
4) MMR need not only to raise funds for the Writs solution, but according to the listing rules they need "working capital", and will have to further raise funds for re-listing...
5) BPH has Other investments like Patagonia Genetics Pty Ltd, and Molecular Discovery Systems Limited, (BPH has an option over Patagonia to go to 49% share.... which is massive in a hot sector).
6) We disagree on PDF, I ask any potential MMR investor to do the maths, calculate how much you save with and without PDF, then ask yourself if the extra 13% Advent, PDF, and dilution is better than BPH... (definitely not).
7) Breeze has way more in BPH then MMR. Of course he will buy more in MMR when it reinstates, he is almost obligated to, to make it look worthwhile, but I predict he will still keep more holdings in BPH.
8) MMR does not get NEWS priority... They didnt even get an ASX announcement for Advent's professor lol... (This tells me Breeze does not prioritise MMR).
9) I raised other points on the "what to do about MMR" thread like the fact they displaced Breeze before. (Vcubitt said yeh well Breeze is the head now... which doesn't really change the fact they got rid of Breeze once. [Do I think the shareholders will get rid of Breeze again? Definitely not, but it is a valid point to show there is animosity between Breeze and MMR executives. Are they all gone? No. Some top 20 shareholders sided with the others.])
