"Administrators have indicated in their response that the company tried to raise finances from the shareholders in December 2008 by an SPP that failed, and as such they feel that there is no merit is pursuing the same path again."

Just re-reading this email and I find the Administrators indications is a cop-out. He has not taken into account that the SPP was slam-dunk right in the middle of a financial melt down and that all and sundry would have been battening down the hatches.

Now we are nearly 6 months out and the perspective mood of the financial markets and public perception is tempting to turn.

Hence, all things are not being considered here.
