why owner builder, because over 5 builds they’ll save a lot of money. They’ve just bought 5 blocks, paying for 5 houses to be built, building 2 more Hadrian’s, paying everyone’s high wages, rent on there facilities etc etc that 15mill won’t last long. I thought the building companies could give them the plan and they’ll go and build the house just like what would happen with a standard bricklayer. Show them how to book the hx, what make a phone call and book them in for the job.
