I doubt very much that this will have any effect at all.
It's like saying that someone found some drugs alongside some gun powder and some cannabis.
or some Chlorine and some other chemicals to make explosives.
If a Nuclear reactor went Ka-boom! Well that would be disastrous for the industry.
