asx - reply on relisting

I sent an email to the ASX this afternoon to inquire when CIY will be relisted.

The reply said in essence that the ASX would not be able to offer insight into the length of time that it will take to review the accounts or when the securities will return to official quotation.

ASX also said that a company can remain in suspension indefinitely as long as they continue to meet their continuous disclosure requirements.

For more information they said it would be most useful to contact the company directly to gain an update on their progress.
