Some try to do it ... but its almost impossible IMO to put a time period on a share price target. Stating the target is hard enough!
Tech analysis is not an exact science, it is a charting of the human emotions that drive a stock up or down. This exibits itself in various buying & selling patterns. These previous patterns then affect the thinking & decisions of holders, hence the advent of various charting techniques that try to gauge stock momentum & direction.
Having said that I agree with Champ, that it looks to be building up for a serious run ... could be around two weeks to a month. But nice & slow is good ... it mustn't overshoot!
