A few are thinking it’s ok to leave payment by BPAY until say the 9th January. I’ve not looked at a calendar to see what day is the 11th. Don’t confuse EFT and BPay. The later is a service to the banks and at arms length. So the bank has no control of how quickly it is in the intended account. These warnings will often come also from your online broker when your payment may be late if BPAY.
Bpay suggests you allow 5 working days for transaction to complete. In reality, I find it is received in one or two days tho. Just don’t risk it. We have lost enough from SP prior to trading Ex and some of that lost value is transferred to the offer at 36 cents.
