    Feralmuttley thats a great idea of yours would mix the formal meeting with a following informal site visit.

    would it pay to hire a bus from Melbourne if there were sufficient numbers and have the combined deposit for bus and motel go directly to the motel, and then use the bus to go to Woodspoint and then back to Melbourne the following day?
