Ann: CNX executes Heads of Agreement for coal and, page-20

re: Ann: CNX executes Heads of Agreement for ... i cant see that as confirmed anywhere but it is a GE turnkey solution. Only issue is they would have had to be burnt on the AU$ - USD$ as they have not paid for it yet. They say its fine, but who knows. Anyway you would think that they (ENB) would be looking in this deal to use the CNX shares at a large value than 50c if they needed them.
A deal is a deal and the more the better :)
