Yes, obviously the deal has changed from the original HOA, but not necessarily pear shaped.
We have just been through the anguish of raising capital to be able to go forward, so it is understandable that trepidation will again come to the fore in this protracted situation and play on our minds.
We will just have to wait and see what is in store.
