The only asset that MEP owns that is capable of being valued with some certainty is their 25% share of ADN. We all know that when ADN goes into production it will have no trouble in selling into the markets that it finally chooses to participate in. What is unknown right now but will become clearer when the PFS is updated, is just how large will the margin and net profit be. Given the shallow nature of their deposits and the relatively very low opex, ADN will be very profitable. It is just a matter of how large will their Net Profit and Market Value be??

I therefore put it to all readers that the current SP of MEP does not sufficiently reflect the current value of their investment in ADN and the likely future value of ADN. I expect that the SP of ADN will be double what it currently is by mid year 2021.

That in my humble opinion makes a strong case for calling MEP under valued at present.
