islam will rule the earth again?

Hi guys, just read this article;

The 1st two paragraphs read;

"AN audio recording allegedly made by al-Qaeda-linked militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi found online today, has threatened to assassinate Iraq's interim prime minister.

The recording also said the fight against "infidels" would continue "until Islamic rule is back on earth.""

Hmmm, perhaps we should try & negotiate a peace with this man???
