right now, if MEP holders were offered 1 for 1, I'd say they would jump at it.
Why wouldn't they?
your 14.5c shares will be worth 26.5c share overnight.
3 ADN for 2 MEP would be a massive bonus.
It's the best way I see MEP holders getting better value for the 25% stake in GW and the other future tenaments.
with ADN at 26.5, MEP should be around 0.39, yet we are at 14.5. That discrepancy is absolutely insane
