    The Market and ADN share holders in particular agree with me that an ADN take over of MEP is very unlikely .

    If ADN holders thought an all script take over of MEP was likely they would sell their ADN shares and buy MEP shares as after the takeover they would own around 3 times the number of ADN shares than they own now.

    They are not doing that and the huge apparent value discrepancy between the shares says the larger Market does not think it would happen either.

    I would like to see it happen as I am a big holder in MEP but don't think it will .
