I would imagine that under the JOA what would actually happen if OEL went under is that their share would go to other JV partners in the block for no charge.
BHPB could then do a deal with them?? Not actually sure who has the last few % of SC55 - anyone know, I believe there is another partner...
The latest announcement (Bird Cameron Report) puts OEL's situation in perspective - they have done the rounds and the shareholder loans were loans of last resort because no one else was willing to lend money to the company.
Anyone who made it out over 7c - well done.
