In the meantime we/(ZYL) have a company that has a % share in another company?... (Undisclosed %)?... approaching ZYL ?... with the deal that gives them (ZYL) more time...convenient or very convenient?
Just what makes this 'DEAL' so attractive?...as yet undisclosed?
Why is a percentage holder in Trantek proposing this? Do we have a 'firesale' or a 'distressed' sale? What are the advantages to ZYl in revenue???...especially with low funds at their disposal ....how are they funding all this???
