Things to consider:
- pay the lenders in full;
- thank minmetals for their generosity in this climate;
- apologise to us shareholders & stakeholders;
- thank swanny;
- re-name the companyto prominence mining pmn etc;
- make management that got us in this mess leave on their own accord or tell them to leave;
- either sell martabe or hold but no need to rush and explore or prepare anything, basically put it on call or sell for a reasonable price.
- let prominent hill provide positive cash flow;
- then consider possible small and i say small acquisitions in the depressed market, possibly diversify in iron ore as it is down a lot at the moment- only in as company with grades of iron ore above 60% high grade.

Then once all is well in the world, cross our fingers , slowly provide dividends at 30% dividend payout from the companies earnings, nothing major but a start in the right direction.
