Firstly, good job mate, this is a great thread you have stated, with the most relevant topic up for discussion. I have personally traded this stock a few times, squeezing out a few dollars as the price moves by 0.1c either way.
The basic and fundamental reasons for this stock crawling South:
----- inept management, with the acting CEO Nania as useless as the proverbial "tits on a bull". ----- Nania is a very good talker, who, in days gone by, could sell ice to the Eskimos; however, the market participants have caught up with him and have since realised that he is full of nothing but hot air ----- the market is "calling his bluff", and have worked out that the future pipeline is empty ----- fundamentally, CXZ is a "one horse race", punters are afraid that the said horse might die! ----- it has been at least 6 months since CXZ has been a "headless chook", without a CEO. ----- no plan, no communication, self-centred management ....... do you all get the picture? ----- NANIA and his ilk need to realise that all their (non)PERFORMANCE OPTIONS will soon be WORTHLESS
