    Most who bought today would be losing big sums.
    This deal is massive, yet no one wants this.
    Think about something like 171 radiologists times 10 screens per day x 365 days per year - say at $2 each.

    171 x 10 x 365 x $2 = $1.2M revenue.
    If ARPU was $5, then it would be $3M revenue.
