all excellent points...would think that dbct and pd ports are the key....don't think that dbct will go less than 2.6 billion....xstrata, bhp, rio mac coal, qic, kkr you name it will be lining up...IT IS A ONCE IN A GENERATION chance for them to secure this infrastructure

hope that sales kill off corp debt as eluded to, and these bonds/pref shares are bought back on market
