As I dont know the facts we can only make some assumptions but:
- Parties need to accept an agreement as well.
- The agreement offered is not what Songas claimed for
- This is a long term agreement so people need to ensure that they fight for what they want as they will be stuck with it.
- There is a bit of politics going on in Tz in relation to energy. For a country that should have no issues it is amazing to see that the one making $$ is Agrekko with diesel generators... It will be sorted but someone needs to get their ego smacked.. imho
None of this relates directly to KEY but it slows down development of something that could happen very quickly if people pulled their heads in.
