Nord have 149m 27.8%
Shandong have 69m 12.9%
Samson have 40m 7.2%
So to get 30% for Shandong's extra 2.5 cents looks like they are trying to force either Nord to sell into them.
Directors have pledged but I don't know if they are in the substantial notices? Would they get to 30% if Samson vends in? I presume they have structured the 30% threshold to force either Samson or Nord
