No...it's not the announcement we were after and that is why the market didn't react positively....Everyone knows they are waiting for permit approval...Permit approval is the announcement we are after
No reason at all why this announcement should have resulted in a positive price movement...they simply said '' we have more land to drill when/if we get a permit''
