The Rossing JV already owns about 20% of EXT. It is a prime asset and RIO generally pursues prime assets.
I think they would be fools to walk away from prime asset for the asking of a market price.
If they did there are other corps. that would make the deal, a prime asset always fetches a premium.
I see BMN either going alone or being snapped up by a second ring player, it should still do well.
