After reading everthing from dubber and others I am delighted by this aquisition. I believe this is a very smart move on the part of Dubber, this is more than a land grab exercise, it adds real value to both companies and as the report mentions the synergies do not require any additional resouirces.
I like that this gives us an in to govt and large enterprises in the UK and the extra PCI services tech sounds like it was a need that we would have had to fill somehow anyway and a great addon money earner for our global customers.
Agree with Chris about how the market will respond to Dub's growing revenue growth and I think it will be cause a re-rate.
IMO we deserve a significant re-rate and believe the Dec quarterly in just over a month should provide that impetus to $2 plus quite easily.
