I hear you Bourie and empathise, but what would you do differently? I genuinely would like to hear your POV.
It's easy to throw rocks from the sidelines but why don't you give them a call and ask them some tough questions so you can get some perspective to your concerns.
On a couple of other threads on HC there are many people who have developed strong connections with management of various companies and hold them to task regularly.
