I have property in ‘Royal Park’ and am looking to acquire more. If ever a suburb is changing its demographics its ‘Royal Park’.
Still reasonably priced property on large blocks and rental yields over 6%. Close to the sea/beaches, West Lkes shops, transport, good schools and aspiring to be one of the more affluent suburbs near by.
I also have a property in 'Oaklands Park' to the south for all the same reasons.
