Now a cheaper way to buy into UMC
143 Million THX shares market cap 14.3(@10c/share)
THX own 20.4 million UMC@77 value 15.7(10.9c/share)
Get Copernicus -closed but could reopen,the cash-2.7mill and the uranium prospects for free plus some long shot copper zinc.
Guess there is a bit of an overhang from THX rights issue because price not moving up with UMC like it should.
Either way of buying is looking good.
