Where did you see who was part of the placement? The announcement just said sophs.

17m of shares is still a lot considering that on a market sensitive announcement only 750k shares were traded. Granted it’s a few days before Xmas but as a nano cap, volume is typically light.

Only a few percent of that 17m need to sell to put some pressure on the SP but tbh that’s not the main game. With the uncertainty gone now that the raise is done, this is very much de-risked for me, so it’s certainly in the buy zone.
