if yu bid 1 cent up on someone else you are manipulating the market
likewise the reverse
so its an open market
do you imply that the offeror has been trading the market prior to picking up directors shares?
did the offeror push the market down from the high points of last year?
I guess hes taking an advantage of low point in the market, well wouldnt you do the same, I guess your already bloating how yu bought shares at a low and already sold at a profit!

so give the offeror some respect and just ask them for
a higher bid
