It is effectively his aircraft. It exists to transport him and other members of the gov., whether we like it or not - they are the reason the crew are there to fly and service the aircraft - end of story. The PM is not hitching a ride, no-one is doing him a favour.
He is the PM and entitled to the service - not excuses. And certainly not a load of bulldust from third parties and newspaper journalists who have nothing to write about except telling you what is wrong and who to blame...
